I grew up here in Oracle, and I have been in education for 28 years. I started my career teaching junior high social studies and math here at Mt. Vista. I left to teach algebra at CDO for one year, and then moved to Ironwood Ridge High School where I taught AP geometry and algebra for four years. I was the Math Department Chair at IRHS for two years. I came back to Oracle to teach the AP algebra and geometry to seventh and eighth grade students and to be the AP Chair. I also began writing grants at that time. At the end of the 20116-2017 school year I retired as principal of Mountain Vista School.  I am returning this year to continue teaching AP algebra and geometry.
